How to choose the right plot size
Start with your primary goal: lower entry cost, future self-use, larger garden or parking needs, or long-term holding. Then check road width, orientation, dimensions, setbacks, adjacent plots, utility placement, park proximity and any premium charges in the official cost sheet. A plot that looks cheaper on base price may differ after facing, corner, park-facing or dimension premiums.
Our recommendation is to shortlist two or three plots and compare the complete payable amount rather than only the advertised starting price.
